My birthday was fun. My friends really went all out for me, and I got many very thoughtful gifts. My family also made sure I had a good day, and in the evening me, Mum, Paul, Lawrie, Trish and my good friend Adam went out for a Chinese buffet at the local restaurant, temptation. The food was delicious as always, and there was a lot to choose from. I stuffed myself, but it was a nice, festive kind of stuffed. I want to eat there again already, despite also eating there the night before with Abi, Kirsty and Marguerite. I discovered my love for satay beef that night...
Sadly, I got a cold two days before my birthday and was ill during and after the celebrations. Don't worry, though - I still had a great time on my birthday! I didn't let it spoil my day. Today I needed to rest afterwards, though, so I had the day off college...
Speaking of, college is really stressing me out at the moment. It's my own fault for not staying on top of things, though, so really I shouldn't complain too much. Let that be a lesson to anyone choosing not to meet deadlines - believe me, you will regret it later!
