I am sick with possibly the weirdest set of symptoms I've ever come across. I have a fever, pains in my sides... ...and my left eye is swollen. Can anyone say, "WTF!?"
But I've got a doctor's appointment tomorrow, so we'll soon find out what's wrong. :)I've been seeing my therapist for depression, and she's been really helpful so far. Her name is Theresa, and she's gotten me to start writing my own private diary again. Each day, I have to write how I feel on a scale of 0 to 10, then write the best thing that happened to me that day (or the least bad, if nothing good happened!) It's to help improve my self-esteem. I'm really looking forward to getting better. I am fed up with succumbing to bouts of "I want to die!" and I'm quite ashamed of some of the shit I've pulled on myself in my frenzy. Hopefully, it'll all be over soon.
On a lighter note, my mum is now doing much better.
She's now back at work, and back to her usual self, which I'm glad to see. I didn't like her being sick, it was a bit distressing. So yay. <3I'm such a disaster area lately. In the last week, I've managed to lose both my purse AND my iPod! Funnily enough, it's not the iPod part that really pisses me off - I can just claim another one on the house contents insurance. It's the fact I've lost my purse that annoys me. There was nothing of any real value in it, but to have to order new cards at Christmastime is awfully inconvenient. I only hope some evil person doesn't have it and isn't using the credit on my Dorothy Perkins card, which I'll be cancelling tomorrow.
